Collections and Deliveries
Click & Collect
We now offer a click and collect service (free of charge). When you place your online order, please select 'Click & Collect" from the drop down menu at the checkout. We will then be in touch to confirm the date and time of collection. You can place your order anytime and collections will be available during shop hours If another collection day / time is required, please let us know and we will do our best to help.
Free Local Deliveries
From Thursday 2nd July, we will continue to offer free, next day local delivery for anyone who is shielding. Place your order by 10pm the day before and we'll be in touch to arrange delivery. This option can be selected at the checkout.
Our deliveries are made directly by us and are free of charge within a 5 mile(ish) radius of Dunkeld and Birnam. If you are not sure you qualify for local delivery, please ask.
When you order, please state where you would like us to deliver to, and provide a contact phone number. An adult, over the age of 18, must be in to receive your order. Please note that we will ask for proof of age on delivery if you are lucky enough to look under 25 years old.
All our local deliveries are contactless and we will leave the products on your doorstep, ring the bell then retreat at least 2m back. Hands are washed before packing your order and also sanitised before and after each delivery.
UK Wide Postal Delivery
We offer delivery to other parts of the UK using Royal Mail. This costs £5.95 for one bottle, and includes the cost of postage and packaging. This service usually takes up to 5 full working days from the time you order (although it is often quicker) and we cannot guarantee delivery for a specific date.
UK Wide Courier Delivery
We also offer a next day courier service, which is cost effective if you are purchasing more than one bottle for delivery. This service is £11 for between 1-6 bottles inclusive (to the same address). During the coronavirus crisis, we are unable to guarantee next day delivery due to delays in the courier network.
We are committed to reducing the amount of waste we produce so, in line with our environmental policy, we make sure that we:
- Reuse packaging material from goods we receive to pack our own boxes for postage. If your order contains non-recyclable packaging material (e.g bubble wrap, plastic bags etc) please be assured that none of this is new and is all re-used
- Only source material that can be easily recycled, when we purchase packaging material
- Source packaging material with as high a recycled material content as possible
Cancellation and returns
If you would like to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible after ordering. If you cancel your order before it is dispatched, we will refund your payment in full. If your order has been dispatched, it is your legal right to cancel your order up to 14 days from when you receive it. This must be done in writing to [email protected] and should include your full name, address and order number. The order must then be returned to us, in the same condition it arrived, at your own expense. It will be your responsibility to ensure it is adequately packaged to avoid any damage. On receiving the order in a re-saleable condition, a full refund (including the delivery charges) will be made.
If items are returned to us damaged in any way, we will reduce the refund accordingly and possibly to £0.00 if we are unable to resell the product(s).
You may also return products that are faulty, incorrect or not as described. We will then refund the full amount, including original delivery fees and any reasonable costs associated with the safe return of the product to us. If your order is faulty, incorrect, damaged or not as described, please contact us in the first instance to discuss the options.
All refunds will be issued using the same method by which they were originally paid for. e.g. If you paid by card, a refund will only be issued back to that card.
